What Shipping Company do you Use?

HikWay offers three major shipping methods: DHL, EMS and Registered Airmail. The delivery time for different shipping method is different. Sometimes due to the different policies in some areas, we may change to use other couriers like Fedex and UPS, so as to ensure a safe delivery.

When Will I Receive my Parcel?

The shipping time is depending on the shipping method you choose.

NOTE: Please note that the shipping time may be affected by many reasons, like bad weather, customs clearance and big strike in destined country. We can not 100% guarantee the orders will deliver to your end within the estimated date.

Why do I fail to Choose Registered Airmail?

Due to the low shipping rate, some customers prefer to choose registered airmail for the shipping. But sometimes it may fail to choose it because the parcel size may have exceeded the limit of 60cm.

Why I was Asked to Pay DHL Remote Area Handling Fee?

For most of the cases, you do not need pay any surcharge for DHL shipping. But If your location is belong to the "Remote Area" that defined by DHL, you will be asked to pay a specail handling fee for remote area delivery. Returns

Can I Return the Goods to HikWay?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason,you can return them back to us.

All the products that purchased from HikWay come with 30 days warranty. The return must be done within 30 days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Our service centers do not accept manually damaged parts or items that have been modified.

Should your product be faulty, please photograph the parcel and its contents (For some products, a short video is required). The photos must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly. You may return it back to us for a full refund or replacement. 

Please note that the 30 days warranty is for problems resulting from manufacturing defects. Damaged caused by improper installation, use or damage will not be covered.
 
Can I Get a Full Refund?
The refund may not include shipping costs. For those orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 
 
My Product is Broken, Can I Return for Repairing?
 
If the products are damaged resulting from improper installation / use or after long-time use, and you would like to return back for repairing. The shipping cost of sending back should be pre-paid by your end. 

After repairing, we will send the products to you via Registered Airmail. If you would like to choose other shipping methods, you will need to pay the extra shipping cost by yourself.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND. WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER.
