The Customer is a leading recycling and waste management company accross Poland.

They provide services in the field of municipal waste and rubble collection. They have a fleet of more than 200 modern vehicles. They provide services to over 600,000 residents from 60 municipalities, and have more than 500 people.. They have branches in 9 cities of Elk, Lublin, Gdynia, Ostrada, Olsztyn, Biatystok, Gizycko, Dziatdowo, Elblag. 

Requirements: 

safety operation: as operations are mainly in urban environments, the drivers and crew carry out their duties surrounded by live hazards and distraction such as pedestrians and other moving vehicles, which must be kept clear of the busy activity around the trucks especially the blind areas. Inclement weather and poor visibility, especially on dark early morning and evening will also be a challenge. Avoid the danger before it happens by distraction driving, fatigue driving. As the safety of the driver, crew and public is especially important, so need a safety solution for the driver and crews to enhance visibility, avoid distraction and fatigue driving behaviors, along with the recording of all activity for retrospective replay of incidents and claims. Live view and tracking of the vehicles to high efficient fleet management.

Proposal: 

To reduce the incidents and protect the driver, crew and public. A liver 4-camera surround view system along with driver fatigue system is introduced. A forward-facing camera, two side cameras and a rear facing camera positioned to watch the operators loading and unloading bins. As each of this camera is with wide view(190 degrees), so it will cover each side with no blind areas or spots, this utmost protect the surround pedestrians and other road users.

The first phase is to provide 4G 360 surround birdview system with AI function of DSM. Our 4G 360 surround birdview video system has AI mdvr function and 360 video system. First test is the 4 vehicles with the system, and after the test phase, customer begin to massive installation of all the vehicles in the fleet. We provide the API of the CMS system for customer to integrate to their platform.

As the pandemic reason, we provide the remote help by product video function show, instant communication by whatsapp, email, video call, product manual, and instructions, etc.
