The CMSV9 Visual Law Enforcement Platform is a system specially developed for law enforcement recorder devices. It is widely used in public security, urban management, procuratorates and other scenarios for law enforcement personnel scheduling and law enforcement record storage. Centered on real-time dispatch & command, audio-video applications, data center, and statistical report analysis, the platform features comprehensive functions, reliable data security, stable compatibility, and multi-terminal interworking. Visual Dashboard
The visual dashboard dynamically updates and displays emergency, sensitive, and important information in real time for rapid response. Contents include alarm statistics, real-time alarms, location tracking, face recognition deployment, etc.
Real-Time Dispatch
The command center can fully grasp the location and real-time status of online terminals, enabling flexible deployment via voice communication and cluster intercom.
1. Location Monitoring
The command center monitors the geographic distribution and real-time status of law enforcement personnel, supporting Baidu, Amap, Google, Bing and other mainstream map platforms.
2. Cluster Intercom
Real-time voice communication between the command center and on-site personnel, plus intercom among team members. Ensures efficient command delivery, case reporting, and team coordination.
3. Command & Dispatch
The command center has full authority over law enforcement terminals to achieve flexible deployment.
Real-Time Video
Law enforcement terminals transmit on-site footage to the command center via 4G wireless network. The platform delivers low-latency, high-definition real-time video for multi-site monitoring and rapid response to emergencies, with snapshot capture capability.
Historical Playback
Users can query tracks by device and conditions. Patrol routes are visualized on maps with timelines. Historical law enforcement videos can be played back for post-incident analysis, liability determination, and supervision of civilized law enforcement.
Statistical Reports
Unified management and multi-dimensional analysis of law enforcement data to support decision-making and visual analytics.
Information Management
The platform manages personnel, users, roles & permissions, organizations, devices, and cluster groups, supporting full add/edit/delete/query operations.

Visual charts (line, percentage, bar) clearly display data trends, proportions, and rankings for law enforcement devices, personnel, and audio-video files.
Data Management
Centralized storage, editing, tagging, retrieval, and evaluation of law enforcement data. Powerful search and statistics enable quick lookup by name, badge number, department, time, type, etc., providing solid evidence for case investigation and judicial proceedings.
Face & License Plate Deployment
The platform supports face and license plate recognition with two comparison modes:
Server-side comparison: The terminal captures and uploads data to the server for comparison, then returns results to the terminal.
Device-side comparison: The terminal synchronizes local/server databases, performs on-board comparison, and uploads results to the server.

Patrol Functions
Users can set patrol points and routes, assigning temporary or regular patrol tasks. The system generates detailed patrol records and statistics upon completion.
Attendance Functions
Personnel scheduling and geofenced check-in are supported, including field check-in. Check-ins via devices generate attendance records with statistics for each officer.
